own use on forums. Please note that images are owned by their respective creators (read NOT ME). If you have an issue with an

09-23-04 It was brought to my attention that there's a bit of an uproar in the OS-Tan community about a company or
companies using the OS-Tan without the permission of their creators. In relation to this, a couple of the avatars here are not
specific creations of the Toshiaki and, as such, are not considered "official". While I understand, sympathize, and support the
Toshiaki in protecting their works, I'm not going to seperate "official" from "unofficial". Lowrider, my brother in arms, says
it best:
The gallery site is intended to be a repository of avatars of OS-tan girls regardless of who they come from.
We're fans of the phenomenon, but we pull avatars from images made from a wide range of artists.
I apologize if this bothers anyone, but for the time being that is our position.
